A Step-by-Step Guide to claim Job Loss benefits

At Assurekit, we understand that navigating a job loss can be a challenging time. We've simplified our claim process to make it smooth for you. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you understand how it works:

Step 1: Let us know about your Job Loss

  • Download the Assurekit benefits app and navigate through our claim journey.

  • You can also email [email protected], or raise a ticket by chatting with us here.

  • You'll need to provide a few documents: joining letter, letter of termination, the last 3 months' payslips, PAN, and Aadhar. Sometimes, we might ask for your full and final settlement slip to further process your claim.

Step 2: Share More About You

  • You'll receive a Google form to capture your job preferences and collect your resume(For this process, the longer your resume the better).

  • Additionally, a skill questionnaire will be sent for you to highlight your unique achievements and tasks that might not be on your resume.

  • One of our placement experts will call you, verify the details provided, and guide you through our placement process and its benefits.

Step 3: Let's Verify Your Background

  • We initiate a background check to confirm your employment details.

  • At the same time, our placement expert starts refining your resume for better opportunities.

Step 4: Personalize Your Resume

  • We'll present you with a first draft of your new resume along with some notes on our methodology.

  • You'll receive templates to tweak and customize your resume's appearance, ensuring it reflects your personal brand.

  • You can also easily use the content to populate a template of your choice, as it will be provided in Word doc form

Step 5: Process Your Salary Claim

  • After a successful background check, we'll notify you that your claim has been accepted, and the payment process will begin.

  • If for some reason, your claim isn't payable, don't worry! We will send your resume to our vast recruiter network for potential outplacement.

Step 6: Prepare for the job hunt

Once your salary claim is approved, you'll be informed about our job portal subscription for 3 months. Subscribe to any job portal of your choice and submit the invoice for reimbursement. Note: Reimbursement limits are INR 2100 for plans below 70k and INR 4200 for plans above 70k.

Step 7: Let's Find You a New Role

  • Your polished resume will be shared with our recruiter network.

  • Our placement expert will also recommend companies that align with your experience and preferences and can even apply on your behalf.

  • To boost your confidence, we provide interview prep materials, and we'll schedule a mock HR interview for you.

Step 8: Receive Your Salary

You'll receive your salary 30 days after raising the claim and then every subsequent 30 days for a total of 3 months or until you secure a new job, whichever comes first.
